Blackpool Sixth is located on the border of Blackpool and Lancashire, approximately 3 miles from the coast and close to the town of Poulton-le-Fylde.

The stunning countryside of both the Ribble Valley and Lake District are in easy reach, as well as the wonderful Fylde coastline and towns including Lytham St Annes and Cleveleys.

The vibrant cities of Lancaster, Manchester and Liverpool are also within an hour of the college. Blackpool has a new 7 mile pedestrian and cycle friendly breath-taking seafront which plays host to contemporary artwork by pop artist Sir Peter Blake.

Leisure facilities are abundant throughout Blackpool with tennis, golf, football, rugby, cricket, netball and lacrosse just some of the sports on offer at clubs across the Fylde coast.

Social Life

Blackpool’s Winter Gardens and The Grand Theatre host world-class acts from the world of comedy, music and theatre whilst Blackpool’s three piers host nightly shows.

The Fylde coast has an abundance of quality restaurants and bars to match all tastes. Poulton le Fylde and Lytham St Annes are offer a slower paced environment, perfect for people watching and enjoying a coffee with friends.
