Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Technician

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an ICT Technician to join the college. Working within the college’s Computing and Network Services Team, you will have responsibilities for installing, maintaining and supporting the college’s ICT systems.

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that candidates hold either an Honours Degree in Computing (or a similar discipline) or hold equivalent qualification(s) or have considerable experience in a similar role.  

With the ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative, you will cope well under pressure and will be able to meet deadlines.  You will be able to apply your logical thinking to any situation and will demonstrate excellent communication, practical and problem solving skills at all times.  Due to the nature of this role, it is essential that candidates are flexible in terms of working hours.
